InWithForward

Background

Founded in 2013, InWithForward (IWF) applies ethnography, social lab prototyping and service design to help social agencies deliver better outcomes for vulnerable people. They support shifts away from Programs focused on outputs – providing services to more people for less money – and toward programs focussed on positive outcomes, i.e. transforming lives. IWF have developed Kudoz, a new kind of social network offering an extensive array of learning experiences.

Grant Description

The objective of this grant is to support IWF in sustaining and building on its work in Canada through business model innovation, strategic expansion, and partnership with public, philanthropic and private sector allies focused on strengthening social sector research and development.
