The McConnell Foundation is a private Canadian foundation that strives for a resilient, inclusive and sustainable society that can successfully address its complex challenges.

Our dynamic team works to support our partners to create positive change in three focus areas: communities, reconciliation and climate. We do so through funding and investment partnerships, strengthening capabilities, convening, and collaborating with the public, private and non-profit sectors.

We are seeking consultant(s) with a mandate to refine our Communities focus area strategy. We have two main objectives: 1) To deepen our knowledge on how systemic issues uniquely affect equity-deserving groups, and 2) Informed by the above, to refine our three strategic priorities (public policy, collaborative action and internal practices).
