Background of the organization 

New Power Labs (NPL) works to advance equity in capital flows across Canada, helping move investment to underfunded leaders and communities. Partnering with banks, foundations, investors, and asset managers, NPL challenges traditional financial structures to create a more just and inclusive economy.    

Project description 

Funding will support NPL’s scaling and capacity building, strengthening both its internal operations and its national network. The initiative will enhance strategic partnerships, expand member engagement through board-level discussions and convenings, and develop sector tools. At the heart of our network is a collaborative environment where peers learn from experts, engage in action-oriented working groups, and collectively mobilize to unlock capital, supporting systemic change in the finance sector.
