About the organization

The NCTR, housed at the University of Manitoba, is the permanent home for the records and archives of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. It serves as a space for learning, healing, and connecting with the truths of the residential school system. 

Project description

Funding will contribute to building a permanent Centre on Red River lands, designed with Indigenous communities, to house over 4 million records and support Survivor-led healing.
