Background of the organization
Founded in 2023, C-Space Group Conflict Resolution brings together conflict-management experts across organizational, educational, environmental and diplomatic fields to support communities in conflict. Its practice is trauma‑informed and rooted in Jewish and Palestinian diasporic lived experience. C‑Space creates accessible, culturally responsive dialogue environments grounded in fairness and care. The organization is emerging as a trusted space for communities seeking tools to navigate conflict, repair relationships and build shared understanding in moments of heightened polarization.
Project description
Funding will support C‑Space to deliver 12–15 in‑person dialogue convenings in Toronto, Montréal and Winnipeg, and 12–15 online cross‑regional dialogues. The project also offers coaching for participant‑led initiatives and provides online resources to extend learning and impact. These activities strengthen community capacity to navigate conflict, repair harm and build inclusive spaces for constructive dialogue across diverse and often polarized groups
