Background of the organization

The Centre for Indigenous Corporate Partnership (CICP) works to builds meaningful Indigenous-corporate partnerships across Canada to advance reconciliation.   It does so by leveraging deep community and corporate networks through its experienced team, governance and advisory circles, along with an active partnership with the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Project description

Funding will be used to scale CICP’s Community Capacity Secondment Program nationally through community visits, needs assessments, and corporate outreach, advancing community-defined projects across the country. It will also allow CICP to pilot the Indigenous Leadership & Business Accelerator, which builds Indigenous leadership, business skills, and economic opportunity.
