Background of the organization
Founded in 1988, Toronto Environmental Alliance (TEA) is a non-profit organization that advocates for environmental justice and sustainability in Toronto. TEA acts as a watchdog at City Hall and mobilizes residents to influence policy and protect the environment.
Project description
Funding will support TEA’s public engagement and advocacy campaign to develop performance standards to decarbonize Toronto’s existing buildings and protect Toronto’s authority to implement green building standards.
