Background of the organization

The Dais is a public policy and leadership think tank based at Toronto Metropolitan University. It connects research with decision-makers to strengthen democratic participation and address challenges in technology, education, and civic engagement.

Project description

Funding will support research and advocacy to counter disinformation targeting Canadian civil society. The Dais, in partnership with Who Targets Me, will map online threats and share findings with policymakers to protect democratic participation.
