Saskatchewan Funders Collaborative

Background of the organization 

The Saskatchewan Funders’ Collaborative was built by and for Indigenous people in rural and remote Saskatchewan, supported by Makeway. It is a collaboration of several Saskatoon and area-based organizations. This Indigenous collaborative will pool funds to provide direct gifts to communities in Saskatchewan.

Funding will contribute to the Saskatchewan Funders Collaborative’s priority areas:  

1) Indigenous Food Systems/Security  

2) Health & Healing  

3) Cultural Reclamation  

4) Youth, Elders & Families  

5) Economic development  

6) Physical Infrastructure.
