Background of the organization
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) of New Brunswick is the province-wide leader and champion for mental health. CMHA of N.B. facilitates access to the resources people require to maintain and improve mental health and community integration, build resilience, and support recovery from mental illness.
Project description
CMHA of N.B. is leading New Brunswick’s provincial Integrated Youth Services initiative (NB IYS), with support from government and strategic partners, including philanthropy. NB IYS will implement a network of IYS hubs across the province, beginning with six sites. Funding will contribute to the development of IYS hubs, as well as service coordination, youth care work, social work and peer support work.
